Saddleback Acceptance Corporation is an independent purchaser of sub-prime auto installment contracts, committed to serving the needs of independent used car dealers throughout Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside and San Bernardino counties.

All applications are immediately reviewed and processed once received, so that answers can be delivered back to the dealer within hours and always by the end of the same day. The applications are completely verified before you receive your approval answer so that funding can take place immediately.

The following dealership documents are required prior to purchasing installment contracts:

• Copy of the dealers DMV license
• Copy of the dealers bond
• Copy of the dealers BOE Sellers Permit

AUTO FINANCING PROGRAM

TERM / ADVANCE: Maximum term is 48 months (60 months available on certain deals). Max advance is 120% of wholesale book. Max line 7 is $15,000.00. Larger advances and terms are for the stronger credit profiles.

RECOURSE: 1st payment only.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS: 1ST Time buyers are o.k.

Employment: Two years same job (will consider previous if same line of work)

Income: $1800.00 minimum income from primary job. Proof of income to support stated amount from application with YTD figures. Max payment cannot exceed 15% of gross income.

COLLATERAL: Up to 10-year-old vehicles are o.k. Some exceptions made depending on the applicant’s credit. No high-line vehicles (BMW, Mercedes Benz, Jaguar, etc…) No “branded titles” including salvaged, livery or gray market cars.

FUNDING REQUIREMENTS: Saddleback Acceptance offers same day funding. Saddleback Acceptance will require the following documents at the time of funding:

552 ARB or 553 ARB LAW contracts (Spanish version also if applicable)
Original credit application
Proof of income (paystub with YTD figures)
8 complete references (names, addresses, phone numbers)
Proof of residence / Complete phone bill
Copy of ROS and DMV form 262
Contract Cancellation Option (if applicable)
Contract Cancellation Option Refusal (if applicable)
FICO score disclosure
Optional Products disclosure (if applicable)
Vehicle Condition Report (if applicable)
